Any purchase orders issued by the Empresa to suppliers or vendors, and any provision of products and/or servicios to the Empresa by suppliers or vendors, are subject to the Empresa’s Standard Purchase Order Términos y Condiciones viewable at the link below, unless expressly stated otherwise in the purchase order:
For Clientes and Buyers
Any quotations or proposals issued to clientes or buyers by the Empresa, and the provision of products and/or servicios to clientes or buyers by the Empresa, are subject to the Empresa’s Standard Términos y Condiciones for Sale of Productos or Provision of Servicios viewable at the link below, unless agreed otherwise in writing by the Empresa:
